Vertu BMW Yeovil staff were good because they transferred the car I wanted from Exeter to Yeovil where I bought the car. Time was given to do a couple of test drives and then a thorough hand over. The staff were very knowledgeable about the car. It is my first electric car which added another level of complexity for me which the staff guided me through so well.
